A free audit from Sheera Eby

Free AI website audit

Most websites only convert the people who already trust you. The Skeptic shows you what everyone else sees.

The Skeptic reads your site the way a first-time buyer does, owing you nothing, and tells you plainly where trust and demand are leaking. A free AI audit you run yourself in Claude or ChatGPT in about two minutes.

What you’ll get

A 10-second-test verdict: can a stranger tell who you’re for?
Where your site sells its product before it earns trust.
Whether you’re creating demand or quietly depending on referrals to survive.

Framework 3 · Demand Visibility vs. Demand Harvesting

Demand Visibility Score: 4/10. A real content engine exists off the homepage: a blog, thought leadership, a YouTube channel. But the homepage surfaces none of that POV. There’s no thesis, no named “old way,” no problem-framing for someone who arrived cold.

Demand Harvesting Score: 4/10. A Contact CTA and services pages exist, but there’s no clear offer, no pricing, no defined next step.

Assessment: Neither. It’s a credibility brochure that depends on prior awareness. In practice it converts inbound that already knows the company: referrals, network, speaking.

Full report also covers trust, ICP clarity, and your three highest-leverage fixes, ranked.

01

Trust before technology

Does the site earn belief before it pitches the product? Most open with a feature list and ask you to trust the solution before the company.

02

The 10-second test

Can a stranger tell who you’re for and what you solve, fast? Specificity beats volume. A site built for everyone speaks to no one.

03

Created or harvested demand

Are you making cold visitors aware, or only converting people who already knew you? Harvesting-only caps growth the moment referrals run out.

Step by step

Exactly what to do, start to finish.

Never set up an AI like this before? Good. It’s built for exactly that. No code, nothing to install. If you can copy and paste, you already know how. Here’s every step.

01

Download the file

Click the Download My FREE Audit Agent button below. A small text file saves to your computer, usually to your Downloads folder. Open it. You’ll see a long block of writing. You don’t need to read or understand it; you’re only going to copy it.

02

Open a new project

In claude.ai or chatgpt.com, sign in (a free account is fine) and find Projects in the left menu. Create a new one and name it anything you like, such as “Website Audits.” A project is simply a folder that keeps The Skeptic’s setup in one place, so you never have to paste it twice.

03

Paste the instructions into the project

Open the file, select everything and copy it (Ctrl/Cmd + A, then Ctrl/Cmd + C). Then open your project and click the instructions box on the right side of the screen (Claude labels it “Project instructions,” ChatGPT labels it “Instructions”), and paste it in. Save it. You only do this once — every chat in this project now thinks like The Skeptic.

04

Audit your first site

Open a chat inside the project, paste your homepage address, like yourcompany.com, and press Enter. If it says it can’t open the page, copy the words from your homepage and paste those in instead; it reads them the same way.

05

Answer a question or two, then read

It may ask one or two plain questions about your business so the read is accurate. Just answer in your own words. A minute later your full audit appears right there in the chat. Auditing another site? Open a fresh chat in the same project and paste its URL.

If something doesn’t go to plan

“It can’t open my site.”

Copy the words from your homepage and paste them straight into the chat. The audit works exactly the same way.

“The reply feels generic.”

You probably pasted only part of the file. Go back, select everything, and paste the whole thing, then answer its questions.

“It’s talking about design or SEO.”

Just reply: “Score only trust, clarity, and demand.” It will get back on track.
